We do not take returns because of perishable food items, however if your order isn't right, we promise to make it right!!

We ship directly to you and guarantee your order. If your beef arrives damaged or has an error we will make it right. Because it is perishable we are unable to take returns on our beef boxes but we can send out product to replace what is damaged.
